No, Mike.  They have the "MacArthur Model" of post-WW2 Japan.  The sad =
thing is that they think it will work.  It won't.

Or.  They have the mid-Fifties examples in Eastern Europe of the USSR =
militarily occupying Czeckoslovakia and Hungary.  Tanks come in, =
garrisons are formed and the long tedious business of having local spies =
and agents rat out anyone who opposes our being there for whatever =
