Bush has average or less than average intelligence.  Rumsfeld probably has 
about 40 to 50 more IQ points as does Rice (maybe more.)  His testing scores 
were so low he couldn't even get in to the UT Law School, which most spaniels 
could do (judging from many graduates I have known).  He got into Harvard 
because he was a Legacy. (Nothing like having your GrandPap being Hitler's 
banker and your Daddy being the CIA head to make you an attractive graduate 
student at some schools, some might say.  I, of course, never would.

Like Reagan, GWB is a complete puppet of a small faction/cabal of the extreme 
right wing of the GOP.  They are smart enough to hire good people to stand 
around him and keep him from pissing in his pants but they still have 
problems.  His speech writers live in some never-never land of 19th C. 
Spencerian values which even Everett Dirkson would have laughed at.  

His "decisions", by his own admission, are based on some rather dull 
corporate ideas of "collective concessus and small group 
negotiations"...unless, of course, it contravenes what Rove & Cheney want in 
their quest for Ruling the Western World...sans "Old Europe" naturally.  

GWB was a failure as a business man, failure as a governor, does everything 
his advisors say and his speech writers think will placate the Christian 
Nazis on his Right.  He uses "code words" like Reagan before him.  His 
programs are full of vague "ideals" and "goals" and no, repeat no real 
plans...it is all smoke and mirrors.  Promise this and that; deliver whatever 
is convenient.  It is beginning to look like much of the hoi polloi is 
beginning to understand this.  Why get your son/daughter killed or maimed so 
that Cheney and Bush and their oil buddies can sell ever more gasoline to the 
SUV Guzzler crowd.  That this is even broached in public...or carefully 
"spun" by Information Minister Fleischer demonstrates real ignorance and 
incredible arrogance.

May their collective dicks fall off.  Condoleeza excepted...naturally.
