Frances M needs a Macintosh OS 9 install CD

I have been trying to help Frances M with 
her newly acquired PowerMac running OS 9.
as my computer experience has entirely been
with PCs this is far beyond my competency
although we have both learned a few things
while wrestling with this beast

after several afternoons of fumbling with 
it it now freezes when opening with a 
System Error message window illustrated 
with a bomb drawing on the border of the 
window

according to the documentation a System Error
can be fixed by an OS re-install.

does any ghetto-ite have an OS 9 install CD
that he/she would be willing to lend to Frances?
