He can post to ghetto2 because Jim hasnt had his techie block 
unsubscribers' posts as i had to do with agl. Wali spammed
agl using spoofed names, that's why maillists need to have that
mousehole blocked. he cant post AS PHIL to agl because he is 
not a subscriber under that name. i got my Phil letter off list.

i repeat, you have not seen Phil messages on agl. 

i vaguely remember a recent jokey Packy Gunter post with large 
type with a line with the words Phil Desenex in it 

Packy is NOT listed as a ghetto2 subscriber but the list may not
