Whew! For an instant there I thought this text was going to be about the
Bob/Wayne Bobble-head dolls. Something about the word congealed. As in the
combination of congress and sealed or somethin'.
However, some other images do come to mind about your idea…..

Remember the t-shirt idea. This group couldn't get it together for that
simple project, and molded plastic dolls are a quantum leap beyond that. I
paid rapt attention to the Mark Twain biography last night. His investment
misfortune was an object lesson for me. The adventure of his investing in
the early prototype of the lineotype machine left him in poverty. He
squandered both his fortune and that of his wife on such a risky bidness.
I had a neat mold making idea once. I wanted to make plastic jello molds
like ice cube trays in the shape of small handguns. Bars could prepare jello
shots in them and hand them out as "congealed weapons."
