<<With apologies to the contributor, >>
>From the contributor: Don, you don't need to apologize to me for your
difference of opinion with Norah Vincent! I read so many points of view and
post them, as I have time, so that I can benefit from the varied opinions of
my fellow ghetto-ites, like the one you just gave.
I'm having such a hard time with this situation, trying to sort out
everything, trying to be fair, trying to understand, trying to "prepare",
trying to be a source of stability and wisdom for the young folk who come,
afraid, to me for strength and inspiration, while I'm shaking in my boots
myself.
What I'm doing is praying for a miracle, knowing there is *nothing* the Star
Maker cannot do. Including bringing forth World Peace out of this nightmare.
For me, knowing such is possible is a form of "anchoring the Light". And
just maybe, if enough people continue to hold World Peace as an expectation,
the Light can reach critical mass and then Something Else takes over. And
that's when World Peace happens.
It's a nice thought, isn't it?
Love from Folsom, and just throwing that conviction into the mix,
Carol
