The Chron is definitely age-ist. They cling to the tiny 8 or 9 point type to
deliberately favor younger readers and to hell with the old farts whose
eyesight isn't good enough to read the tiny type face. This is not
oversight, they made a consious decision regarding the type size for that
reason and stayed with it through numerous complaints.
