Mike, I have to agree with you for once! I think we would all like to 
believe( being humanists) that Roger is right, but political orgs are 
created by people-- and people can be pretty damn crooked, face to face or 
acting through "fronts."  Maybe that's why we're numba one in the animal 
kingdom!
