Now that it has been resolved I want to share
my recent experience with ordering on the
Internet.

I have bought stuff on the Internet at least
20 times. I imagine many of you have been
doing this too.

Last month the charge card number I have
been using exclusively for Internet stuff 
was stolen and used by someone to buy a
$39.95 item.

I cancelled this card and was issued a
replacement card. And the $39.95 was credited
back to me.

I will be using the replacement card to
order MORE stuff.

One thing can be concluded from this anecdote.
Charge card numbers used in Internet 
transactions DO get stolen. So go through
your charge card statement carefully as
soon as it arrives.
