Is Don relisted, or not?

While we move into complex rules and procedures which some are leery of,  a 
very basic issue remains unresolved-- Is Don Laird back on, or not? So far 
he seems to me to be dangling in the breeze-- he has sent messages to the 
group about his bio which have bounced, and he is trying to communicate 
through me, and I am getting tired of it. I thought our original vote was 
clearly to let him back on; so why hasn't it been done? Is Mike holding out? 
Just let the guy in, and if he offends large numbers of people, have another 
vote to cast him out. My only reason for getting into this was that it 
seemed he was being cast out because of what he was saying politically, not 
who he was. I don't agree that his messages had a blustering or browbeating 
tone; he is just argumentative, as I am, as Bob is, as Mike can be--if being 
argumentative were grounds for expulsion, there wouldn't be too many of us 
left! Please, let's get this over with.
