Any seasoned terrorist should be able to lie with facility. if not for the
inquisitorial nature of this exchange, one could easily fall off his stool
laughing. sounds like a perverted civics quiz.

>interesting piece in yesterday's Daily Texan. Mohamed Adlouni,
>an economics junior from Lebanon was interviewed by three
>(3) federal officials Tuesday. Adlouni said he was asked a
>series of questions including:
>
>Where were you born?
>What is your citizenship?
>Where was your passport issued?
>Have you ever visited Afghanistan?
>Have you ever participated in a military armed conflict?
>Do you have any information on Sept. 11?
>Do you know anyone who acted in a strange way after they
>heard about Sept. 11?
>Do you know anyone capable or willing to carry out an attack?
>Do you know any plans for terrorism?
>Do you know anyone who can make anthrax?
>How do you think terrorism can be prevented in the future?
>Why do you think the United States was investigated?
>
>Adlouni said "Even if you are a terrorist, why the hell are
>you going to say yes to any of these questions? It's like they
>wanted to find out a particular political view of mine, or see
>if I got nervous, because one guy asked my questions, a second
>guy wrote down the answers, and the other guy just looked at me."
>
>Adlouni is naive to think that it is easy or even possible
>to lie successfully in such an interview.
