[argus-announce] argus-3.0.6 officially released

[Argus announcements]

Gentle people,
We've released argus-3.0.6 and its clients.  These new distributions are available on the
argus web site at  http://qosient.com/argus.

The big changes in argus-3.0.6 and its clients are higher performance, complete flow-tools
support, new metrics, expanded argus events processing, extended MySQL database
features for better searching and indexing of large archives, more control plane monitoring
support and documentation, and of course, a large number of bug fixes.

Argus-clients have a large number of changes, including a complete reorganization of the
distribution code, new client programs, better documentation, and hundreds of improvements,
such as better CIDR address representations, format specification for printing fields, so you
can print IP addresses, as an example, in decimal or hex for better database and analytic
processing.

While argus-3.0.6 is predominately a bug fix release, there are hundreds of improvements,
in the client programs, extending capabilities and providing better performance and
processing control.   Please do consider upgrading.
